No prochat, but SIU???

After reading the changelog and so many people telling me that my beloved prochat was back and working (though i've had zero luck getting into it), I decided to make an alternate account as both of my accounts (this one and Jae-) appear to be locked out and I was curious as to whether this was the case.


However. . . When I loaded up my profile, (quickly flicking in my header and bg), no profile chat emerged.

But an old friend, SIU decided to make an appearance.

The final frame of Prochat contains a loader for SIU.

Why?
I don't know.
