Then fix it since it's so easy to fix. There's a ton of people who want it back just as much as you do. There's been many posts stating that if you can offer something to the site, to tell someone. You obviously haven't done that.

I've posted all sorts of **** saying that I could fix things up (and about ten times faster than what is being done currently). Not my fault that I don't have access.

Have you sent any messages to actual staff so that they could promote you to a position where you can do something? Not that this would ensure you'd get a position to have access, but still...

Yeah, spoke to Synthlight and never heard back from him (after he even said he was agreeable to the notion).

Apparently the "go on full ignore" strategy is still well within Synth's range of problemsolving approaches.

Again though, I don't really care if I am able to actually fix anything myself or not, but ffs this stuff isn't hard. No reason it needs to take so long.

Vidchat isn't a 5 minute fix. There are some underlying issues with the license on the software that runs the backend.

Well the version we are running is running on software that does require a license, and it's not playing nice at the moment. From what I understand the fla that we have for the chat doesn't want to connect to the server. The license issue is simply # of connections, that we will increase once we have it working.

iirc, aren't you guys are using Smartfox (I was in MP a lot, lol)? I remember SF being free but it limited your connection amount until you paid for the full version.
