Im not recieving Emails?

Im trying to get my old account back. but when i ask to send me an E-mail for that account i dont see it in any of my boxes. wtf?

P.S. this is for HOTMAIL.com Emails. i asked a mod what i used for the Email in my old account so i know i have it right. any ideas?

the same thing's happening to me, I forgot my main's FFR password and tried sending an email to both of my email accounts to no avail.
which really sucks cause my tourney starts in 2 days. D:
