A lot of my files while played on the flash w/e are off. My stepmania settings are set to -35ms for the keyboard lag or w.e. What should I do to make my charts on sync with ffr >.>?! Does this mean that if my game offset was +35ms then it should balance ou in ffr? I guess If I do that I would have to cut the mp3 right :S?

Offsetting is something that FFR could really use, but implementing it could be difficult. To top it off, it's not the best feature to add; once you clear cache, or once FFR clears for you, you'd lose all of your offsets.
I still wonder how it would be done on here. Offsets can be pretty delicate, and in flash, you lose that precision because the game runs at 30 FPS. 30 FPS = 0.033 ms. Most offsets in Stepmania can be felt with a change of as little as .005--so an offset change isn't as small as you'd like.
As for your problem, I'm really not sure what you can do about it. =/
