I went to send 1k to my good friend Syzergy, but every time I clicked transfer it says "FAILED!". I reloaded the shop, retyped everything several times just to make sure I didn't accidentally spell wrong or type in more credits than I have, but still, it fails. Whats up with that?

Capitalization shouldn't matter because it's not considered to be a different character by a url address or database entry. Try it, but your case may be something odd.Comment

I've heard of this problem before, but it doesn't happen that often. See if you can send 1,000 credits to me, and I'll send them to syzergy? Is that cool?
EDIT: Just for reference, I have 171,923 credits, so I'll if you do decide to transfer, I'll know how much.

If he has 0 credits it won't work.
Check that. He must have at least 1 credit.
