Can't get into multiplayer

The options Go and Exit do show up, however can't click on either of them. What's up?

EDIT: Says "Can't Connect" in the upper right corner, which I find weird. Everything else on the net works perfectly fine.

I have the same problem but I'm assuming my network settings are screwing that up.
