Some random bugs around the site

1. Whenever I try to attach an image to a comment on the profiles, a separate page pops up saying:


2. When I try to upload a forum profile avatar, I get this message:


3. Attachments on forum posts aren't showing up for me for some reason. (I've made sure I have them enabled in my control panel.) I know of others who are also having this problem, so I'm assuming this is more widely known.

I skimmed through the last couple pages of threads in the bug report forum and didn't notice anything about these errors. Any idea on why this is happening and when these will all be fixed?

Bumping this because I'm still getting the same message when I try to upload a forum profile avatar. I know forum profiles aren't that important compared to our main profiles, but it'd be nice to have fixed since it has been like this for ~9 months.
