i'm not sure how synth set them up.... they may be subbie/staff only for now? but, don't worry. that's just for testing. then it'll be the reverse.

for now, it's just testing on the forums. personally, i'm against them being in the forums... and i've told synth that... but we'll see how things go.

maybe it'll be helpful to know that these ads bring in much more revenue than the flash ones... which is good. which helps free up time for us to do more game features and the like.

I've seen them on a few sites, slightly annoying. It's almost habit for me to just keep my mouse on top of the scroll bar in forums.

I'm actually all for these because it looks like FFR needs some financial help but I don't think subbies should be getting these...if you want the money from them that you would get from the ads, up the price of a subscription by a little.
