Best Score Reset/Lower

There is a bug, that I have seen on occasion that causes a previously recorded best score on a song to be reset with a lower score as the new best.

It can be witnessed here on my Integraation.
The score DID record, and can be seen on a screenshot here (not mine, but my name is still in the hiscores)


And in replays. (1,913 - 13 - 4 - 0 - 6)

My current recorded level rank best score is
42 12 Integraation 2,101,700

My score should be
6 12 Integraation 2,985,825

I'd appreciate it firstly if my true score was fixed, and secondly for an effort to be made to find the source of the problem.

If you talk to Tass, I'm pretty sure he'll fix this up for you since it's FGO and really impacts on your ranks.

put it up on unrecord scores...

also, i think i know the cause of the bug... just not sure how to go about fixing it.

The same thing happened to me. My rank 10 on the new Master's division song reset itself.

Well, I don't have a ss of the score to post in unrecorded scores, and by the time you get to recording them, the replay will probably be gone, but I'll take a ss of the replay page and do it anyway.

mine wont record at all it resets to 0 and wont do anything ive tryed everything to fixit that i kno of any suggjestions?
