Bug - Didn't recieve skill token

I just AAA'd Neon-213 and from what I understand, it should have unlocked Otaku Speedvibe [Heavy] for me.

Get a AAA on a public song with a difficulty of 65 to unlock Otaku Speedvibe [Heavy]

EDIT: Just AAA'd it again, and still didn't get the skill token.

only the songs in Green will give you Heavy. Those were the 65s at the time the token was added.

I agree. There should be a few more songs that give you heavy.

Does that mean change the difficulty range of acceptance? Or add more songs into difficulty level 65?

I don't think either is a practical option.

actually, i just double checked.... and Neon-213 DOESN'T give you Heavy... it was released well after Heavy was released. Not sure why it's green on jx's list. The mistake is there, not on the backend.
