When your whole computer is speeding up, or blurring that sounds like your computers sound card. You didn't have to install or unistall anything. In order to fix this, you may seek a professional, but open the side of your tower, make sure there's no dust. In the fans, in everything which may be making it hot. I haven't heard of this before "Speeding" sound, but mine slowed down. Your best bet is to go online google maybe and search for exact problems, and see if their is any help.
Most commonly though it would be your soundcard if nothing else. They aren't to expensive to get a really nice one, and the arrows, a new video card, and you got yourself a brand new FFR package.
