    Re: Negative Credit.

    Don't think it's a bug.

You got a negative score ... which gave you negative credits.

I don't think you actually lose a credit.

          Re: Negative Credit.

Hmm.. i guess it really isn't a big problem, not as big as some of the MP problems.

Also, when you receive a challenge for a song you don't have, the name + data are all nonexistant.... a suggestion would be to make them existant...

L0NEvvolf sent me a challenge for Otaku Heavy, which i don't have

This is what happened (please don't mind the noobyness)

Yeah thats not much of a problem as long as your total credits don't go negative.

It doesn't actually take one away, anyway. It has a script if it is below zero to not do anything to your credit count. Your credits are only changed by positive numbers.

This happened to me too, but it righted itself and went to 0 after displaying a -1.

lol good. Its like I keep on doing that and i'll be in negatives and be unable to play...

however I don't see why they can't fix the negative credit unable to play thing? They can set the basic song minimum as numeric_limits min (well that's for C++ but there should be an equivalent in flash...

                        Re: Negative Credit.

They've set the minimum to play songs to 0, there are at least some good reasons for that. People who end up in negatives because they tried to cheat and send credits to themselves and other shady business ought to have some consequences if just to make them complain about it on the boards and make them easier to catch :P

If simply scoring below 0 doesn't actually lower your credit count, the only way to end up in negatives is through bugs or shady business.

Hmm. I guess. Your argument makes sense. You can close this now if you want to.

Btw, Thanks Devon. your tourney was the first one that I had attended in FFR, and my tourney now has most of the ideas taken off yours, except it merges with Quad's Omnipwn ideal.

you don't actually lose a credit for a negative score, although it shows up that way.
