Let me show you what I mean with pictures:
When you're finished stepping a song, you'd upload the file into the program. It would then autoplay it:

After that, it would show a chart rating the aspects of the file (more than the aspects shown):

Then, it would rate your stepfile according to how balanced it is, and how much of each technique it uses:

This is an idea I've been thinking of for some time. Although, it would be a lot more sophisticated, pretty, and more information will be included. This is like, a vague description.
Note: This won't actually be used for FFR, but maybe for judging files, rather than manually. The administrators can put up a "bar", or "standard" for files. If the judging meets it, it will be inspected by the admins manually once, and the files that make it will be put into the game. This program will require a lot of coding aswell. It would kind of lighten the load of step judging for the
judges.
