    Calibrate lag.

I think this feature would be awesome for people who don't really play much because of a wireless keyboard (like me).
It starts out with a steady drum beat.
You tap to what you hear, and the game automatically sets an offset depending on how much lag the keyboard has.
Then you could play the song like you hear it and not have to hit way early.

Maybe then I'll buy a wireless keyboard.
Removed a .gif image so your total signature size isn't well over 1MB. Keep this in mind for the future.

I've played FFR on a wireless keyboard and I've got to say that it would need this to work right.

Not where I got the idea, but yes, they do have a calibrate lag in all the guitar hero games.

Personally, I love wireless keyboards, but the only game I can't really play with it is FFR.

i doubt this will be a 3rd style feature... but likely we'll allow for individual user tweaks to offsets in 3rd style, with your tweaks saved in the database for all future replays.

so a note comes you press the key and you miss the note by lets say half a second

no calibration tool will help you to hit that note ..you need something that will know you are going to press a key half a second before you even do it

              ?

or you want the game itself to subtract that half second turning your misses to hits.

You know the calibrate lag feature in Guitar Hero?
                Exactly like that.
