FFR needs permission from the artists first and seeing that most of the techno remixes for that song are the only ones that would actually make a good stepfile; You would probably need permission from both the remixer and the original artists.

Also you CAN use the numberpad.

I'm not to fond of the song myself, and the stepfile artists aren't going to call the authors of Numa Numa to get permission unless they absolutely have to lol.
