trouble logging out

when I click to log out and go to the front page after it reads "all cookies have cleared" it still says im logged in. I have emptied my cache many times and still no luck.

how do I fix it if I can?

Why do you need to log out in the first place? Try logging in then logging out?

it's a habit that im used to doing. I tried that and still says im logged in.
