Song off timing

I dont know if its just me but Sakura no Kenshi under dance 2 is off. The beginning is off, but it then seems to fix itself in the middle, but then goes off again, and right at the end its in sinc again. Could someone confirm this? please and thank you!

I'm sorry to bump an old thread, but I agree with this guy. I've tried numerous times to AAA this song and my highest score so far was gotten while playing with the sound off. The arrows do not always feel in time with the music.
