It annoy me...

It have been a while since FFR R1 is like that and I thought I would get used to it but I can't. So here is the problem : I'm using screenshrink so when I go to choose the music genre, I can't go up with the midle button of my mouse and I need to click where is the red rectangle is go up and choose my genre click at the place where's my rectangle and set my screenshrink like I want and that annoy me because before, I was able to use the middle button of my mouse to go up and down when-ever I wanted to so can you please put it back the way it was ?

I tried so hard to understand that and finally failed. But, what I got from it is that, since FFR the game has window focus, you can't scroll the window because it's trying to scroll the game. Honestly, I can't remember a time it hasn't been like this.

Seriously, take one extra second to click on the scroll bar just pixels to the right of your little rectangle and drag the window up manually. Or, maximize the window while choosing your songs, then minimize it back down to the screenshrink size when the level begins.

ORRRR, you could just play with speed mods because screenshrinking is fail and speed mods are superior.

Except I screenshrink and use speedmods...
But really, there isn't anything you can do to change that problem. Just do what the7thsign said.

I still screen cut. :P Speed mods are not my thing, although I think they work for the majority.

i screencut. and my mousewheel used to work... only in the past week has it stopped working and i've had this exact same issue.

i've mentioned it to jason and synth, since it effects me directly... but i think that since it effects me directly, they care less. either way, i can now show them this and maybe since it effects others, they'll fix it again.

cause it's VERY annoying when for 4+ years I've been able to scroll with my mouse on the game window, and now i can't... it's muscle memory at this point that I have to overcome.

Double click the top of the browser window, it it will go to fullscreen.
Pick you song, and while its loading, double click again at the top of the browser, and it will go to the exact same position as it was before.
Then click inside the flash window as fast as you can.

Speed mod just isn't my thing. Even in Sm I use CMod 300 + sudden. I wish it's gonna be change 'cause I find that it completely sucks. And why did they make FFR that way in the first place???????? Unless they got a good reason, I find that's it's completely useless and that it annoy people.

You know what muscle memory I hate? Autofail. lol I hate it when you promise yourself "Okay one more game and then I have to *insert task here*." Then when you lose, you automatically hit your mouse button / retry key. Because you've been doing it for tens of thousands of games. So then you're already into another game. And you don't wanna cancel it..... but you don't wanna skip out on your task...... lol
