Mabye I missed somthing, but I have an idea.

Is there a way to show your Overall FFR Rank againts only the people who played any song in the past 2 months? See your ranks againts active poeple, and not againts old never used acounts.

Or like, you have to have passed at leat 50 songs in the past 2 months to have your level rank be counted in this new rank column. Keep the ranks as they are now just add another column.

This is so you can see how good you are ranked againts active people. So it's not counting old or unused acounts into this.

Just a vauge idea.

possibly. but... just because someone with 10 billion grand total score hasn't played in months doesn't mean that they still haven't played more than you overall.

New songs being entered into the game that old accounts haven't played will make their average rank adjust downwards.

The simple lack of playing songs at all will make their overall rank adjust downwards.

This seems pretty self-correcting to me.

except at the highest levels.... while I've passed Shash because he stopped playing, 99.999% of people won't pass him still for years.

His average rank is creeping downwards the more songs that come into the game. That he had an exceptionally high average rank just means it takes longer, and rightly so.
