Bug Report: Refresh list glitch on challenges pending flag.

OS: Windows XP

I was challenged on secret zombie room and won the challenge. After completing the round and receiving my credits (correctly) I was back at the main screen and noticed I had another challenge pending even though I only had 1 at the time of initializing the SZR challenge. I clicked it and FFR went to the challenge screen... stopped loading after it got past listing challenges pending and sent, and caused FFR to hang. It was resolved with an Alt+F4, I had no challenges pending.

yeah i think many people have mentioned this problem before...i had this problem probably every single time...

yeah, I figure you have to reload ffr after every challenge.
