Did FFR Just Go Down?

I just completed doing the song "max forever" (and failed...) but then when i go to the main menu, my 4233 credits go down to 0 and my MP rank went to "<1" and my username is "Anonymous", so i click refresh, same thing, and realize that only 115 people are using playing right this second...

So... did FFR go down?

EDIT: Seems like FFR is back up, but did it ever go down?
