Background toggles

I think you should be able to toggle backgrounds and background animations on and off.
I am extremely color blind, and they can confuse me sometimes.
One of the worst ones is Pondering Stuff, because to me, all those arrows blend into the colors in the background.
Please consider, because I am sure there are other colorblind people at this site.

This has been brought up tons of times before. I'd still like to see it, though, since some songs like Party 4 U have just ridiculous backgrounds that make it way too hard to see the notes.
