I. Introduction
This thread/suggestion pertains to the enhancement of the non-existent characters in FFR 3rd style. Generally, the FFR Staff can enable you to customize your own FFR character(s). By doing that: Increases the credit system usage, potentially increases site revenue, makes FFR more unique compared to other DDR-based programs, and promotes more different populations of that certain interest to use this site. This is very challenging for myself to put this idea into specific words so I shopped pictures of FFR R1 to enable you to picture it in the same way I do.

II. Character Ideas
1. The Game
In the game I would imagine that you could do more things in the character select and the settings tab. Here are some shopped pictures:
This picture displays what your character looks like in a flash. It would also include the full body of the character.
The settings tab would have a divider tab to separate the character settings.
Now when you open up the character setting tab, you have a full list character items and you also have a preview window of your character when you select the item for it to wear/use.
When you finish a song and your score results appear there would be a bigger space area for your customized FFR character. Your FFR credits are now listed below your score results so that you can see your true credit amount (if you have over 10,000). As far as expressions go, I think there should be at least a couple more since there's a wide gap between 20-40. For example, if your character were feminine there could be a crying joy expression beyond 30 or 35+ and on the male side it could be flexing, but if they're holding a cool weapon of some sort they could be posing a cool stance of some sort with the weapon. These enhanced characters would require a lot of artists. As a result, that would require open positions for FFR if the FFR Admins are inexperienced with drawing hundreds of images for the character and the character itself. I'm not sure how this will really work out, but if the demand is high enough, this could get interesting.

2. The Shop
Do you think that the credit system is no more use to you anymore? Well, if customizable characters were involved in the FFR Game, users would find more use to them because you could spend them on items for the character in the FFR Shop.
About using FFR Credits at the FFR Store on FFR R1: The items that you buy for your character can range to almost anything. That means the value of the any item is within your perspective. By doing this, it will make FFR more unique than the other DDR-based programs and will/could promote game-plays due to demand for credits.
So here's the shopped FFR R1 Shop:
This picture just displays the shop in which the character items would be sold in.
If this actually existed, a user would click "Purchase Items" to advance forward.
By clicking "Purchase Items", the FFR Shop divides your shop items into two separate sections which would be "Purchase Songs" and "Purchase Character Items".
If this actually existed, a user would click either section to advance forward.
By clicking on the "Purchase Character Items" section a list will open up for you to browse. Here it lists the items that you can buy for your character. The price doesn't necessarily have to be high unless you find the item rare. By the way, ignore the preview window on this picture. The preview window could possibly be displayed when you click on an item there to view. Here's an example of what I mean:

3. Multiplayer
In the FFR Multiplayer Lobby you can show off and view each other's characters by hovering your mouse over their username to display their character, but in the FFR MP Rooms you can see their character without hovering your mouse. Here's an example of what I mean:
The character should have no background to it, it should just be it's body only, etc. So here you can: chat with the opposing user, show off your character, play the game, and whatnot.

4. FFR Profiles
In case you were wondering about how the enhanced FFR characters would comply with your FFRspace. Here's your answer:
Here, you'd be able to click on the character's picture as seen in this picture
to get a closer look at your own/someone else's character. It would list it's details and such by clicking it for a closer view. Such details would be: Age(when you "created" it), Sex, Height, Weight, Rank Number, Rank Title, Special Titles, etc. etc. By other titles I meant if you had a majority overall type of item that was more than the others. Here's an example for those who are still confused: Let's say you bought a lot of sword items and gear pertaining to the use of the sword AND THEN bought special dancing shoes. The majority of your item collection would be swords and you'd be titled a "Swordsman", but if you have a more outstanding result of the swords area, then you are granted a better title. To make this fair when you buy one item for the first time, you'd have to have 10 other items in order for you to get a "Special Title".

III. Final Remarks
Post here and tell me what you think about my suggestion. I don't mind if you don't like it.
If you happen to think it's a good idea but hate the details, at least let me know what I could improve on this suggestion to make it agree on your thoughts, but you have to make it realistic. I do not want to hear you type things like this: "There should be subscriber items," , "There should be 3D characters instead," , "There should be MMORPG," , "There should be avatars as characters," , etc.
So, if you truly like this idea you can help me out more by a link through your Siggy/FFRspace/etc.
To those wondering why I used FFR R1 pictures:
I didn't get a hint about FFR 3rd style when I posted this. Recently, I've found out that 3rd style was actually started in 2005. 2005 is a pretty long time ago in my point of view. I wasn't really expecting something big like this at the time I created my post. Before my post, I thought it was a good time to post since Synth/Tass?/etc? finished the speed mods, but I guess they had something else up their sleeves. I just hope this doesn't really lower chances of being passed.

IV. Future Proposition to Coding Users **NEW**
Basically, I'm asking all users that have knowledge of computer coding to help create new FFR characters. I am asking you because this character project may be too large for the staff to handle since they're working on so much for this site such as the upcoming 3rd Style that may be released at the end of this year 2008.
Who knows what will happen when 3rd style is released? Perhaps there will be characters mentioned here in the game itself; maybe there will not be any. There are so many speculations of what will happen with 3rd style because we are not currently informed with it at the moment -- all we know is that they're working on it. I know adding characters is an extra addition for entertainment and does not entirely pertain to the game itself; however, adding something such as this can help the site (mentioned in introduction) as seen in sites such as neopets, gaia, etc.
I am asking you to have fun with your codings and for the mere love of FFR to try this endeavor by enhancing it which will help it via revenue. Also, it would be nice if you would contact me via PM or post simply just to tell me you're configuring something. If you need help with something, I apologize. I cannot help you for I am not experienced in this field.
All you have for guidance is the first post. It's very vague, but it's very basic and you can do whatever you want off there. This is NOT for pay, but merely for your love and obsession with FFR. I am just a suggester.
Disclaimer: It isn't accurate to apply this proposal now because the creation of 3rd Style, so we'll have to hold this until it is fully released. But, you can get started nevertheless. Try to create figures, etc. Then when 3rd style is released, you can then formulate a way to apply it onto the interface.

NOTE: To be on the list all you have to do is show your support of this suggestion. If I didn't add you and you wanted to be a part of the list please contact me.
NOTE2: To be a 1000% supporter all you have to do his help-out by doing these two things: 1. Creating a link in your siggy. AND 2. Telling other people about the thread anytime you have to waste. You don't have to do the part two if the link to this thread is bigger than size "2" and/or creating some catchy advertisement that would persuade unaware users. For the advert you can type something like: "Bored with FFR Characters? Click here to support irishknight's idea." If I have not noticed that you've done the two parts or the large link/advertisement, please contact me. By the way: probably the only way that I can recognize that you've told others, is that the user you told, types that he/she has been directed by you, etc.
NOTE3: To be on the 5000% supporter list you must have a unique picture linking to this thread that pertains to this suggestion. In other words, try to make a picture that would look like: The new characters, The background of the game, The characters right now, etc. Just try not to make it random.
REMEMBER: Your picture cannot be copied from someone else who made it; you have to make your own in order to be on the list. You can copy the user's siggy picture if you want to, but I won't put you on the list. Anyways, if you added a picture linking to this thread that pertains to the FFR Characters then please contact me in this thread or via pm.

2. A Note to Very Interested Users
Want to be a 10000% Supporter?
To be in the list you can say something like:
"If new FFR characters were involved, I'd continue/start subscribing."
I'll say this again, the reason why I'm saying all this stuff is that synth may need the funds to find someone who can do all this work, unless his team can already do so etc. But still, having these characters possibly in 3rd style or R1 it will take up quite some space so they may need the revenues to have more room, and with enough willing subscribers he has that.

REMEMBER: If you pass all the support requirements you are eligible for a mix of subscriber blue and purple and/or darkblue on the list of supporters. So that means you can be a 11000% supporter, a 15000% supporter, or even a 16000% supporter!
