synth, or someone, please read this.

I didnt know where to make this thread, and i remember there being a thread about ad's on the front page a while back, but this didnt have to do with that thread.

Sometime when i come to FFR, the top banner is from Yahoo Hot Jobs or something like that, but it literally makes about 15 popup boxes all directed to yahoo hot jobs . com. Its annoying. Is there any way to get rid of that ad?

    Thanks <3

Can you tell what ad company it is coming from? if you look at the HTML you may be able to figure out which one is serving it. If you can do that, I can block it on this side.

          Cheers,

And you are sure it is coming from FFR? Just seems a little shady to me but I wouldn't put it past the ad companies.

Download Adblock Plus for Firefox. One of the most popular free ad blockers for Firefox. Block annoying ads on sites like Facebook, YouTube and all other websites. Adblock Plus blocks all annoying ads, and supports websites by not blocking unobtrusive ads by default (configurable).

Just block it. As easy as that. Firefox shouldn't allow pop-ups unless you put them on your "Allow" list.
