It's not letting me getting the token and I just did the requirements for the first time.. will probably never get that again, and then I won't be able to get the skill token!

umm 21 boos does not meet the requirement -

Ya, you need 10 or less misses AND 10 or less boos. If you go over on either, you don't get the token.
