    Credit Count Whacked up

I'm wondering if anyone can help me with this problem I have...

After I play a song, my credits don't go up. It's like they're stuck or something. I used to play a lot in the past, and I never had this problem back then. I have no idea why this has suddenly come up, but its been going on for months now. I didn't think too much into it because I dont play as often as I used to, but it's kind of getting to me now, especially after I do pretty good on a hard song or anything like that. When I try to buy a new song with my credits, it doesn't let me either. I'm not a computer whiz of any kind, so I really need some help or advice on this. Thanks~

Actually I think he's right. I clear my cache all the time yet I have about 1 or 2 out of every 100 games not register.
