          This pretty much incorporates spread. Spread is 4-finger.

              AHK isn't going to be in the FAQ, so that kind of spread isn't going to get listed.

              I'd like to see <V86 in the FAQ, though. Many people probably wouldn't think of it, and it DOES work as a perfectly viable spread.
