PM in proflies

I think it would be a neato idea to have a "Send this user a PM" on profiles.

Suggestions?

very good idea...would make things much faster for pming...and i've had problems in the past getting the username in the send box...mainly cause im retarted. SOMEONE GET SYNTH ON THE PROJECT! lol <its a really good idea>

There doesn't need to be another private message system to further confuse things.

Better integration of the forum PM system into the profile interface would be a good idea though, I'd say.

I don't mean an entirely new thing.

What I meant was that on someones profile you would click something like "Send a PM to this user" and it would link you to the PM sending page with they're named already typed in. If you know what I mean...

basically a link to the pm sending area for the forums and when you get there, the username of the person whos profile you were viewing is already typed into the username send box...im sure thats possible somehow right?
