Annoying Holding arrow...

I dont think a lot of ppl have this problem unless they tried to use a mat to play FFR... what im talking about is that if you holde down left for like 1 sec your bar goes down rellay quick (like its inputing the same arrow multiplie times if you hold it down) im not sure why its even like that... So it makes it insanly annoying when use a mat ...

So my suggestion is that you ppls should fix this in the next build.

Its because there are no holding arrows. Whoa you got ffr to work with a mat? sweet.

It doesn't work very well on a mat, if you read what OP's problem was. Anyway, just play FFR on a keyboard. If you want to play on a mat, play something else, like StepMania. This suggestion has been made before.

I play step mania but i like some of the songs on FFR. but yah its esay to get a mat to work on ffr. i use a program called joy to stick and it just configures the mat buttons to the keyboard keys.. rellay simple.

Stepmania, bro. You can probably find stepfiles for most FFR songs for Stepmania. Unless you really feel like moving your feet fast enough to make sure it only inputs once. But, yea, I've seen this request made loooots of times while I've been here, and that's not very long. They'll all probably just tell you to play stepmania.

Under control panel you can increase the delay between the key press and where it starts to repeat, and then you can also decrease the repeat rate (so it doesn\'t hurt as bad if you hold too long).

People use that hold to boo out of songs when they're not doing well, it's actually a nice side effect feature.
