unified and comment leaving problem

PISS!!! I CANT TALK IN UNIFIED!!! or leave comments on other ppls profiles,on any of my accounts *im RB_DReamscanner but got banned for flaming in CT and i just need this problem solved* i go on my profile and no unified chat window pops up and nor does the comment box and it sucks cuz i cant respond to any comments being left for me...

PLEASE HELP ME OUT!!!!
