That means you can't get back into the lounge for ten [?] minutes.
It gets annoying if you're someone who gets disconnected every half an hour or more.
Make it so you can log back into the multiplayer lounge if you enter your account's password or something.
Having your idle username sit there for ten minutes does nothing productive.
