Well, the only way to get credits is by playing a song. But, if you get a high max combo (say ~150) that will get ur more credits than if you havent.
To do this, choose a somewhat easy song to play. Over time, move on to the harder songs like for example songs in the arcade section. Wehn you think u can, try FF7. itws long, but challenging. It took me around a week to beat it. Dont choose something super hard to try to get credits on. Some people may think, "Oh. This song is very hard, so if i play it when im n00bie, i'll get 20 credits!" (to be honest, i've tried getting somehwer at 3 credits for completing Flight of the Bumblebee, which i've competed a few times with using 2 hands and pressing any arrow -.-).
Tip: Use the beat to help u noe when u press the arrow.
Trust me, it works. (If you're in the elementary school days, join the band if you have one. Well i dont think that you will be to obsessed with this game.)
