I don't know how I'm left out or something. I've cleared my cache and all, but I'm still "missing" arrows... It's kinda weird, and I'd like to be able to play it through without missing anything...

I have no idea then, use I.E. if you aren't already.
Update your flash player in case it isn't fully up to date.
Other than that I can just think you are missing arrows which you just are missing.Comment

IE nor Firefox will catch the hidden arrow.
Frankly, I don't miss after the 4000th time playing a song. (Exaggerated.)
*EDIT* Found out why. It won't work in the swf version.
