cant get onto mp

my computer wont conect to mp and neither can my 3 friends or the whole ocmputer lab so what do u think i should do?

adjustments have been made .. clear cache if you are still having problems.

I've cleared my cache, tried multiple browsers, checked to make sure FFR was an allowed cookie, logged in and out, yet still I cannot log into MP. Are there any other possible solutions I am overlooking?

EDIT: Usually I get a "Can't Connect!" message whenever it doesn't connect, but I'm not even getting that.

sometimes after I play a couple songs it wont load the lobby, so all I do is refresh the game then as soon as it says you are now connected to MP I clip go, and it loads up.

Thats what I have to do everytime.

Edit: Nvm, I'ts messed for me too....

If you can, please take screenshots of your results and post your ISP, PC specs, etc.. It may help in the debugging process.

No point in posting a screenshot as it just looks like FFR while it's still connecting to MP. I use Bellsouth DSL, dunno the PC specs but it's good enough to run single player lag free on low quality.

Kit told me it should be fixed, but it's not. I cleared my cache, logged into alternate accounts, tried multiple browsers (although I can't clear my cache in IE for whatever reason because it freezes up).
