Rank and Credit problems

hi! I'm having a problem with my credits and rank, including the # of games plyed since ***

It always show zero. For everything.

0 games, since 00-00-0000 at 00:00, with 0 credits.

Already tried cleaning the cache, and logging out, and all.

What should I do??
