Today is December 4th.



Is this just a problem with rounding or something?

365*3 = 1095 - 2 = (days you've been a member) 1093 / 365 = 2.9945
1094 / 365 = 2.9972 ... I think FFR has join time down to the minute so it's probably just a rounding error.

Mine hadn't gone up to three years in November despite the fact that I joined on the 20th or something like that.

Yeah. Still under 3. I've been a member since just after Thanksgiving in 2003. The main page doesn't use the forum year for its calculation either.

If your (Afro) join date is Dec 6th, then it won't have been 3 years until Dec 6th of this year, which is two days after Dec 04, so it's correct.

Edit: Well, I guess it's off for Squeek.

Edit2: Well, maybe it's going by forum join date, which says Jan 2004 for Squeek.

Edit3: Woops, I was interpreting Afro's post differently than what it really meant, I thought he meant he thought he was a member for 3 years, and it thought he wasn't. Know that I know how it really is, it is just rounding.

If that's true, then the image above is even more wrong. My forum join date is December 7th. That's a three day discrepency.

PS tass - it was different before. Why would it be based off of Forum date when it's clearly not associated with the forum?
