Is there anyway you guys could make it so people can deposit money from their bank account or credit card and play eachother online for real money? I'm kind of getting sick of this credit stuff. I need to play with something worthy, $$. So you could place bets and do multiplayer and let's say both bet 5 dollars. Then the FFR site can collect a "rake" fee of like 10 cents... before you know it, you'll be raking in cash along with me.

Re: FFR Casino
That would be...interesting, but I'm not sure how well that would work out. I'm not too familar with how well this works for sites using similar methods. -

Re: FFR Casino
never ever ever happening. FFR is a 100% free site. always has been, always will be.
plus what Afro said. most of FFR does not have a paypal account or a credit card.
not to mention... you personally would lose a lot of money that way.RIPComment

Re: FFR Casino
If something like that were to ever happen, you would never be able to cash out. I think that would be illegal to turn credits back into money. We would also have to revamp the credits system into a very secure system.
But, these days I am not so sure that most people don't have a credit card or paypal account. Many of these kids are somehow on Xbox live and other services.

Re: FFR Casino
Synth, many parents would willingly buy some online services for their children.
I doubt if they'd pay for them to lose money on an online DDR simulator.
On top of that, I'm quite sure it's illegal for minors to gamble with real money, even on the Internet.

Re: FFR Casino
The only people who would stand a chance at winning would like the top MAYBE 200 people on the site. Of which, how many people would be willing to bet they'd beat someone else. Because I know for a fact that I would NEVER bet money on this site. There are too many ways to beat the system...multiple accounts, fake scores, hussling, all those could affect who you're playing and the outcome of how much you make/lose. Most poker site (probably where the idea came from) only allow one username per paypal account/person. Plus it's illegal and synth would never do it and yadda yadda yadda.Originally posted by SynthlightEveryone uses quotes from Synthlight in their signature. So I'm making this one up to fit in.

Re: FFR Casino
By buying and selling credits for money, I'm pretty sure you bypass any gambling laws.
It won't happen though.Comment

Re: FFR Casino
Payments would be made in the form of pogs. For every 100 credits you can opt for a slammer instead. Either that or we can dig up E.T. cartridges for the 2600 and distribute those as currency.
E.T. The Video Game for the Atari 2600 - THE OFFICIAL currency of FFR.
No ... it would never happen.

Re: FFR Casino
I think it would be neat if we could just play casino games for credits against each other, no money involved. That's just me, though."A new take on the epic fantasy genre... Darkly comic, relatable characters... twisted storyline."
"Readers who prefer tension and romance, Maledictions: The Offering, delivers... As serious YA fiction, I’ll give it five stars out of five. As a novel? Four and a half." - Liz Ellor
