TRD... not a good answer... since this likely has to do with the removal of Beethoven Virus from the game.

Frankly... I think we have permission. But as we're not 100% sure that we have permission to use the song, it is currently not in the game. At the point in which we know with 100% certainly, it'll go back into the game.

He still could have asked in the thread in which everyone was talking about permissions.

Even if it is about Beethoven Virus, there was about 10 threads made on it already and most got locked because they were being repetitive, so this is a thread just doing the same thing.
