Radio Still Doesn't Work For Me!

I've tried numerous times, but it just won't work anymore!

All I get is this:

Warning: fopen(http://www.ffrradio.com:8000/con1.xsl) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Connection refused in /home/virtual/site1/fst/var/www/html/radio/index.php on line 12
Error reading Icecast data from localhost:8000.

And I really like the radio!
Oh, and I've even tried connecting through WinAmp, and it keeps saying, "Unable To Connect To Socket". I checked the login details many times, and it wont work!
