I searched the forums for this prob and i didnt find it to make sure i didnt p anyone off lawl.
When i go to download a simfile, i noticed that when i view any file that is in the "highest rated" section of the "statistics", i cannot vote on it. Same if i view from "View Simfiles" and "Search".
