This won't let me play multiplayer even on user

HELp I logged on once thatn came back the next day all y points are gone and i can't even play multiplayer mode it says you can't play unless u have a user name but i'm logged on! also I tried logging back and forth a million times. I can't even earn points! HELPPPP
