shop clicking down?

Is there supposed to be a way to scroll down through the songs in the shop? The lit up down arrow makes it look that way, but It doesn't work for me. Is this arrow supposed to work, is there a fix, or are we just supposed to buy the available songs first? I looked through the stickies but couldn't find an answer.

It's supposed to work, I'm sure, but it just doesn't. Purchase available songs to see the songs which would need to be scrolled down for.
