FFR isnt loading with my update of flashware

i updated my flashware and now FFR isnt loading for some reason, i need help, or somone to fix the problem

Try administering this medicine to your computer, called:

Clear Your Cache

To administer medicine:

Click Tools, and click Internet Options, and click Delete Files. (For Internet Explorer, for FireFox, just go to Tools and click Clear Cache [I think that's what you are supposed to do to clear your cache on FireFox, I dunno =\])

Are you really sure updated flashware isn't working with FFR? Do you have flash 8? If not, then you need to get that.
