..Everything I go to the homepage, it only shows the top navigation, I click the game, and thing shows up:

I've been having that same problem! I've tried restarting my computer and logging off and on again. Nothing's working. =/

I cleared my cache and it actually worked, so thank you. But when I log in, the same thing happens.. '_NOTAUTHMODMSG' -grunts- I'll browse the other threads.

There's another thread and it's just a bug that the admins will have to fix. It happens when new members register and right now there's nothing you can do. Using different browsers, clearing your cache, clearing your cookies, etc. does nothing. Just play not logged in for now I suppose.
