    credit limit for songs

Ok I originally saw this post:

Maybe we could have a limit on how many times we can play a song? I'm tired of people who have just started having more credits than me just because they keep playing some easy song over and over and over!! Its not the credits I'm tired about, its that they keep bragging that "oh i have more credits hahaha" when all they really do is play the same song again AND AGAIN! Its ticking me off! So, in conclusion maybe we could set a limit of how many times you could play a song. I was thinking somewhere around six or five.
and thought this over. I had reposted with a suggestion but nobody posted back so nobody saw it. Anyway I decided to say it again in a new topic so you can consider.

I was thinking instead of a song limit there would be a credit limit so if you played one song for <x> amount of times you cant get credits for that song for <y> amount of time. And if one goes to another song then then they hae to play it <x> amount of times before they get no more credits. that way it wont hurt good and dedicated FFR players trying to increase their skill. It might be a good idea to put this in third style if you cant put in FFR 1.

The only problem is everyone would max out their credit limit, plenty of people have played every song in FFR numerous times, it would cause a problem eventually.

        FFR is teh capitalism.

          solutioni to problem:

you play all the hard songs repeatedly and get more credits each time than they do, and then brag to the m that you have more, despite the fact that they aren't anything to brag about

Currently, there is no need for this. Credits do not serve any purpose as of now, besides maybe the 500 or 1000 cred. charge for a song..
              But...
From other topics, people have made suggestions about other use for these "useless credits"
If ffr was to establish some sort of "community use for credits" in the future ( maybe third style), then yes, maybe something like this would come to use.

I'd rather have a grand total that uses all the top scores for all the songs. That way if you keep playing the same song over and over again and eventually get it perfect, all you get is that perfect score for your grand total, not the sum of all tries. It would also give people more incentive to try all the songs and get them perfect, since to get a higher score, you have to beat your old high score.

this topic is ridiculous to begin with as has already been said, the competitive nature of ffr does not revolve around your credits, but your skills and scores etc... but i just have to add

whathuh05then whats to stop player x from getting a very low score to start out with and progressively get higher scores to keep the limit from having any affect??
