whenever i try to load the ffr engine, it never completely loads. it always stops at 153. ive logged off and came back, but it's still at the same #. i dont know what to do. if anyone knows what i can do, please help! thanx!

have you tried clearing your cache?? that might help.

to clear your cache open the tools menu, click on internet options, then click on delete files. Click the box that says delete offline files to. Then your cache is cleared. And if that doesn't work I can't help you.

ummm, the only things that i have that even come colse to what your talking about is disk clean up, and disk defragmenter. (disk clean up) says that it will remove unused files, and the defragmenter says that it will give me more room. i dont know if i should use the defragmenter, or the disk cleanup.

nono, not the start menu....
in internet explorer, click on the "Tools" menu at the top, choose "Internet Options..."
On that new window, find the "Temporary Internet Files" section, and hit the "Delete Files..." button.
