Disappearing Credits

Today I had about 300ish credits racked up from playing the past week or two, only to have them all disappear after playing a single player FFR game. I don't recall the name of the song I was playing nor the stats at the end of the game, I had no pending or active challenges prior to the game, I did not accidently purchase a song, and I'm positive that nobody stole my credits. If there is any more information that I can give to help address the problem, I would gladly do so, though I am mostly interested in a refund of my credits if possible.

Hey the same sorta thing happened to me, but I purchased a song and it took double the credits than it should have (the song was 500 and it took 1000) So far noone will refund them for me and it's been like 2 months now!!!!(I know it was over a month and a half because it was b4 school started), So I'm really irritated that there is noone looking into this, and if someone can, DO IT!!!!!

Mursame, sometimes you get auto-logged out of your account, and it looks as all your stats and credits are gone. I logging out of your name, clearing your cache, and logging back in, you should be fine.

Samantharoks- I really have no idea as to why it would do that, maybe you clicked on a 1k song by accident and didn't know, could have been a server glitch, not sure. I'm sure LD has some log of purchased songs and credits somewhere, and if he doesn't, well then you are screwed.

Tried doing what you suggested, but nothing changed. I'm not at 0 credits anymore, since I've been playing ever since they dissappeared anyway, but they haven't appeared back unexpectedly in the way they dissappeared either. In any case, they are definately gone.

When I was playing the other day I was purchasing a song for 500. I had 1600 credits and though I got the song for some screwed up reason it took a thousand from me. -_-

If you are talking about the sword, then yes it is Murasame, however I didn't name myself after the sword. As for my dissappearing credits, I suppose I don't mind it since I can make about 50-100 per day without extensive playtime anyway, thanks for trying to help though, I do appreciate it.

so, I lost credits because I accidentally hit the button twice......AHHHHH, I thought it wasn't loading!!!!! can I still get my credits back!?!?!?!?!?!
