Reduce volume of clapping at the end of a song!

I love playing on FFR and turnin up the sound loud and get into the songs... but at the end of each song comes the extremely loud clapping sound that breaks my dam* ears.
I think that possibly it should be removed or at least lower the volume of it.

The only songs I have to turn up my speaker on are the classical songs. But yes, the beat is kinda loud.

You can turn the volume down after the song is over if it is that annoying.
But *gasp!* you have to hear the sound for 1 whole second!
...
just turn the volume down after the song and stop whining

why make everybody take the effort to turn down the volume after a song and then turn it up again before the next? i think it makes complete sense, and in fact this is the very thing i came to this forum to post about just now. but I have a slightly different suggestion: make an setting to turn off the external music altogether. I like to listen to other music between stepped songs, and so I don't like to have the extra interference from the music I've heard thousands of times already. That's right, after 2500 times, I'm just plain tired of it. I do have a program that can mute my browser individually, and let iTunes be the only sound playing, but again I'm not up for that kind of effort.

:edit: Oh, and emccky? At least personally, I do use headphones, but the sound of tthe clapping hands is just... frickin loud. That's the other reason why I want it changed.

I usually do try to turn down the volume right as the song is over... but many songs have the arrows got to the very last beat and there isnt time to turn it down...

not only does turning the sound down get old, but so does the music after the song...it goes on forever...give us the option to turn it off at the beginning of the game...
