If you're using Mozilla go to Tools->Options...->click the privacy tab, then at the bottom it says "Cache" just click the clear button next to it. If you are using internet explorer, then go to www.mozilla.org and download mozilla... Trust me you will like it a lot more.

If you aren't using mozilla, because it, well, sucks at loading flash, do the following for IE.

Go to tools>internet options. On the general tab, go down to "temporary internet files". Then, click on "Delete files...", and delete it. Done.
