Songs don't load

I'm not a new plyer but I'm just starting again after a long hiatus. But evertime I try to start a song, it loads the game screen but no music plays and no arrows come up. I've had this problem on 2 computers both loaded with XP and running IE. I've cleared cache as well. I assume there's just something I'm not doing.

Please help me out

yeah, I just installed XP o nthis computer, and just downloaded flash
